The ﬁrm’s principal, Scott M. Singer, understands the challenges entrepreneurs must overcome to grow their businesses and the stresses of litigation and difﬁcult negotiations. He has been there on both sides of the table: both as a lawyer representing Fortune 500 companies, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals; and as an entrepreneur and business owner. These experiences have given Scott a unique perspective that benefits his clients. Scott also understands the many different sides of complex issues, from his service to his community as Mayor of Boca Raton.

Proactive Approach

The firm provides a wide range of services to businesses, entrepreneurs, and other individuals to meet all of their legal needs, including corporate formation; contract drafting, review, and negotiation; resolution and prevention of disputes; litigation and appeals; employment advice; and in other areas. In this role, the firm serves as an outside general counsel for a number of companies who gain the skills of an in-house legal staff with the flexibility of using a lawyer only as needed. Scott is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. He enjoys bringing his litigation experience to help others end the cost and burden of their disputes and reach a better resolution. In addition to his elected roles as Boca Raton Mayor and City Council Member, Scott Singer has served in leadership roles a variety of national, state, and local policy boards.
